Diamond Crystal Pratama is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of events, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events, including menu selection, guest lists, and event logistics.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Work closely with the kitchen and catering staff to ensure that food and beverages are prepared and served according to the event plan.,Decorate and set up banquet halls, ensuring they are ready for events and are clean and presentable after the event.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels of event supplies and food items.,Assist in training and supervising junior staff members.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event planning and hospitality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or event planning industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and local cultural practices is a plus.
