📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.,Take and accurately relay customer orders to the kitchen staff.,Present food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.,Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.,Assist with the setup and cleanup of the dining area before and after service.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.,Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience as a Waiter or in a similar customer service role is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.,Familiarity with food and beverage service is a plus.,Willingness to work hybrid schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.
