The Lead Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the internal audit process, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits.,Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulations.,Identify areas for improvement and provide strategic recommendations.,Lead and mentor junior auditors to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans accordingly.,Collaborate with senior management to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate and detailed audit documentation.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in internal auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing.,Professional certification in auditing (e.g., CPA, CIA, CMA) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
