Lead a team of engineers in designing and analyzing structural systems for various projects,Develop and implement structural design specifications and standards,Review and approve engineering drawings and calculations,Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to field personnel,Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure project success,Mentor and train junior engineers,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies,Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering,Professional engineering license (PE) preferred,Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro),Experience with project management and leadership skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and standards🛠️ Keahlian
