As a Mandarin Translator & Communication Specialist, you will be responsible for translating a wide range of documents, including contracts, reports, and marketing materials. You will also facilitate communication between Mandarin-speaking clients and our local team, ensuring that all parties understand each other's perspectives. This role requires a deep understanding of both Mandarin and Indonesian languages, as well as a strong ability to adapt to different cultural contexts.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate complex documents, including contracts, reports, and marketing materials, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Facilitate communication between Mandarin-speaking clients and our local team, ensuring seamless interaction and mutual understanding.
• Adapt to different cultural contexts and communicate effectively across diverse groups.
• Provide language support for training sessions, workshops, and other corporate events.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement communication strategies that align with our clients' goals.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Utilize translation software such as Trados, MemoQ, or SDL Trados to enhance translation efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in translation and communication.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluency in both Mandarin and Indonesian languages, with a strong understanding of both cultures.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in translation and communication roles.
• Proven experience in translating complex documents, including contracts and legal materials.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different cultural contexts.
• Proficiency in using translation software such as Trados, MemoQ, or SDL Trados.
• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Certification in Mandarin language proficiency (e.g., HSK 6) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
