📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and supervise a team of bedside nurses, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols.
• Coordinate with therapists and other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Provide mentorship and support to nursing staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Manage and maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a bedside nurse in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Certification as a Professional Healthcare Registered Nurse (PHRN) or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems such as EPIC, Cerner, or similar.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards in Indonesia.
• Ability to work remotely and manage a distributed team effectively.
