Erajaya is seeking an experienced Site Acquisition Supervisor to join our team in Bali. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site acquisition and a passion for the hospitality industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing new sites for our growing portfolio. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that all sites meet our high standards and contribute to our company's growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate potential sites for acquisition,Negotiate and finalize site acquisition agreements,Conduct due diligence on potential sites,Coordinate with legal, financial, and development teams to ensure smooth site acquisition process,Monitor market trends and competition to identify new acquisition opportunities,Prepare and present acquisition reports to senior management,Build and maintain relationships with site owners, developers, and other stakeholders,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site acquisition,Strong understanding of the hospitality industry,Excellent negotiation and communication skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Knowledge of Bali's real estate market is a plus,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
