📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and administer all project contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor contract performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and review contract documents, including change orders, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth contract execution and timely delivery.
- Leverage project management software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 to track contract progress.
- Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to resolve contract disputes and ensure adherence to contractual terms.
- Conduct regular contract reviews and audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration, particularly in the construction industry.
- Proven experience with contract management software such as Primavera P6.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian contract laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
