📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist members and guests upon arrival and departure.,Answer inquiries and provide information about our facilities, services, and membership options.,Handle check-ins and check-outs, including member verification and documentation.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including handling mail and packages.,Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operations and member satisfaction.,Assist with event setup and breakdown, including managing guest lists and coordinating with vendors.,Perform general administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and filing.,Promote a positive and professional image of Bambu Fitness Bali.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic office software and tools.,Proactive and detail-oriented attitude.
