📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality inspections and tests to ensure products meet specified standards.,Documenting inspection results and reporting any discrepancies to the QC Manager.,Assisting in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.,Training and mentoring junior staff on quality control practices.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement improvements.,Maintaining and updating quality control records and databases.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and methodologies.,Proficient in using quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
