This role is crucial for ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments and outstanding debts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to work under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Visit assigned areas to collect outstanding payments and debts.,Maintain accurate records of collections and follow up on overdue accounts.,Communicate effectively with clients to resolve payment issues.,Report collection progress and any challenges to the management team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure timely payments.,Provide excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction.,Coordinate with other teams to resolve collection issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in field collection or related roles.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping abilities.,Ability to work independently and under pressure.,Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Good physical fitness and the ability to travel extensively.,Proficient in using basic software and tools for data management.
