📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement ESG strategies that align with global sustainability standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of environmental risks and opportunities.
• Design and oversee the implementation of social impact initiatives that contribute to community development.
• Ensure compliance with governance standards and best practices to enhance corporate reputation and stakeholder trust.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG principles into core business operations.
• Monitor and report on ESG performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices in ESG to drive continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of sustainability and corporate responsibility within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or impact advisory roles, with a proven track record of success.
• Certifications in ESG, sustainability, or related fields are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, including GRI, SASB, and TCFD.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Proficient in using ESG and sustainability management tools, such as Bloomberg ESG, MSCI ESG, or Sustainalytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex ESG issues.
• Familiarity with Indonesian business environment and regulatory landscape is a plus.
