📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.,Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Assist in the preparation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct regular employee surveys to gather feedback and improve HR practices.,Manage leave and attendance records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.,Support the HR Manager in strategic HR planning and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
