📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the production process, including assembly, testing, and quality control.
  • Monitor production schedules and report any delays or issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support in inventory management and material handling.
  • Assist in training new employees.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift up to 20 kg.
