In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring that we source high-quality materials and goods at competitive prices. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and negotiate better terms with existing ones.,Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms.,Analyze procurement data to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure that all procurement activities are conducted in accordance with legal and ethical standards.,Provide support to the procurement team and other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including purchasing, vendor management, and contract negotiation.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English is a plus.
