📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a production environment.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with ERP or production management software is a plus.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.,Good understanding of safety regulations and practices.
