PT Gading Sumber is looking for a talented and dedicated Distribution Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the distribution of our products to various retail outlets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution of products to retail outlets.,Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to meet customer demands.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reorders to prevent stockouts.,Maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure smooth operations.,Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to monitor performance and address any issues.,Prepare and submit regular reports on distribution activities and performance.,Assist in the development and implementation of distribution strategies to improve efficiency.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong understanding of distribution and logistics operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and retail industry is a plus.
