Town Web Unggul is looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in sales transactions, managing cashier duties, and providing excellent customer service. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sales transactions by processing orders, handling payments, and providing customer service.,Manage cashier duties, including counting cash, handling deposits, and reconciling cash registers.,Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer information.,Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Assist in inventory management by restocking products and monitoring stock levels.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or cashier roles.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Willingness to work in a remote environment.,Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).
