Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize our sales processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide training and support to our sales team to help them achieve their targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure that our sales efforts are aligned with our marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with our partners and suppliers to ensure a smooth supply chain.
  • Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and trends.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes and best practices.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other sales tools.
  • Familiarity with the tourism and hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
