Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.,Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions.,Build and maintain a positive and inclusive company culture that fosters employee engagement and retention.,Oversee recruitment and selection processes, ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent for the organization.,Manage employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring that they are competitive and attractive to our employees.,Conduct regular HR audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
