📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and outreach.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular follow-ups and negotiations to close sales deals.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products/services.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of CRM software and sales techniques.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and business culture.,Valid SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) and clean driving record.
