As a Depot Audit Officer, you will be responsible for conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards, maintaining accurate records, and identifying areas for improvement. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular audits of depot operations to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Maintain and update audit records and reports using SAP and Excel.
• Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
• Collaborate with depot managers and staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the depot is a safe working environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in depot operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in audit or quality assurance in the oil and gas industry.
• Certification in SAP or a related software is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different depot locations.
