📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop blended learning programs that integrate digital tools with traditional teaching methods
• Create and deliver engaging lessons using Google Classroom, Kahoot!, and Canva
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
• Collaborate with the team to refine and improve learning experiences based on student feedback and performance data
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in blended learning, and share your knowledge with the team
• Attend and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and success
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the school's educational vision and mission

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching, preferably with a focus on blended learning
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian national curriculum and educational standards
• Proficiency in using digital tools and software for teaching and learning, such as Google Classroom, Kahoot!, and Canva
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing educational needs and challenges
• Passion for innovative and inclusive education, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
