📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production processes.
• Monitor and maintain safety standards in the workplace.
• Conduct training and mentoring for junior maintenance staff.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Certification in electrical and mechanical maintenance (e.g., Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), Certified Production and Inventory Manager (CPIM)).
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
