🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and merchant acquisition strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Proficient in using data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
• Valid SIM card and driving license for travel within Bangka Belitung.
