📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and refine new food product recipes using industry-standard software like Formulate Pro and Microsoft Excel.
• Conduct sensory evaluations and taste tests to ensure product quality and consumer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to drive product innovation.
• Work with packaging teams to develop product labels and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct cost analysis and pricing strategies to ensure product competitiveness.
• Prepare detailed product specifications and technical documentation for manufacturing.
• Monitor product performance post-launch and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in food product development or a similar role.
• Proven experience with food formulation software like Formulate Pro.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in Food Safety or relevant industry certifications is a plus.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
