📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, credit control, and collections
- Use SAP and Oracle to track and monitor receivables
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure timely payments
- Resolve disputes and negotiate payment terms with clients
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable
- Provide training and support to junior staff members
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of SAP and Oracle, with experience in financial reporting and analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with the maritime and logistics industry is a plus
- Professional certification in accounting or finance is a plus
