You’ll work with our state-of-the-art espresso machines, including a La Marzocco, and master the art of latte art. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of premium coffee beverages using high-quality ingredients and state-of-the-art espresso machines.
• Master the art of latte art to create visually stunning coffee drinks.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and eager to return.
• Maintain a clean and organized café environment, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of coffee beans and supplies.
• Stay updated on the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve your craft.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Promote our café’s products and services to both customers and potential customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role, preferably in a premium coffee environment.
• Proficiency in using espresso machines, including a La Marzocco, and other coffee brewing equipment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, roasting techniques, and brewing methods.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle a high volume of customers with a smile.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and precision.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management software.
